She even had a cleaning gal do a COVID clean of the house. That was extra that she didn't even have to do- and it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Shirley as an agent. We are in our 60's and lived in the same house for 23 years. The thought of moving was scary and overwhelming. Ruth took the time to talk to us, get to know us and was very supportive. She was always communicating with us. There were times she would give us a call just to make sure we were ok. Ruth was always prepared, she had a list of people we could choose from when we needed a house inspector, roofer, electrician, movers ect. We down sized our house and needed to get rid of extra furniture, that was no easy task because of Covid-19. Ruth found us an agency that was happy to come get the furniture. They gave the furniture to a needy family. We feel like Ruth really cared about us and was always looking out for our best interest. She is now in the process of selling our old home and we are confident that she will again do a great job. Ruth is not just our realtor she has become our friend. We never once had to go to the office, we signed all documents electronically and Ruth made sure all safety measures were always in place.
