She was always kind, responsive, and patient, and she really helped me figure out what I was looking for in a home without ever making me feel boxed in. She was honest about what was worth pursuing, helped me make realistic offers, and also gave me the confidence to walk away when something didn't feel right. My mom was very involved in the process, and since both the Realtor side and loan process were new to us, America really helped fill in a lot of those gaps. It also meant a lot that she could help communicate in Spanish with my mom when needed. She went above and beyond by showing me a lot of homes, even in snowy conditions, answering all my questions, helping with inspections, and even guiding me through issues with the seller after a tree fell on the property. I'd definitely recommend America Martinez to anyone looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely there for you.
