Her knowledge of the market trends allowed us to put forward the most competitive bid we could, and inevitably got us our new home. Then, Mariah turned around and aggressively marketed the sale of our new home, which led to us selling the house on the same day it hit the market, and for 10% above our asking price. Mariah is professional, responsive, savvy, and kind. Not much more you could ask for in an agent. Our family is grateful for her hard work and her friendship.

When I first reached out to Jen she was very excited. We met for lunch and Jen showed me a presentation she created for first time homebuyers on her laptop. It was a great overview and she taught me about things I didn't know about; like PMI. Then she asked me about my preferences. I told her I was very picky. Not too long and seven showings later we made an offer on the home that we closed on October first. Jen was professional, a guide, and an educator to me. She helped me stay positive when underwriting was challenging and as I was learning what to have the sellers take care of vs not, etc. it's a lot to take in. I'm so grateful for her time, knowledge, and friendship throughout the process. She totally took me by surprise at closing as well; made me feel awesome about being a first-time homebuyer.
